Heather's specialty is ensuring every Castle residence is a balance of design and comfort, personifying timeless beauty and livability. Through personal consultation, she helps you create a home that fits your lifestyle and your budget.

They have the expertise to help you choose the perfect interior touches, such as mantle design, trim profiles, flooring, molding, tile, plumbing, cabinet hardware/design and numerous other crucial elements that make a home unique. Both Alan and Heather are members of The Foundation, a group within the National Association of Home Builders. Frawood Custom Builders has been building luxury homes in the Middle Tennessee area since 1985 and has established itself as one of Nashville's premiere custom builders.

William N. Frasch, President of Frawood Custom Builders, is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a BS in Aerospace Science and Business. He received his MBA from the University of Tennessee - Nashville, where he also was an instructor in Transportation and Marketing Management.

Bill and his wife, Sherry, have built more than two hundred custom homes in various Nashville communities such as Treemont, Otterwood, Middleton, Northumberland, and Hill Place.
